The event will be held on the ground floor. The doors into the building have a push button to open them, and the doors into the venue are wide enough for a wheelchair to get into. There are no steps and we will leave enough space for a wheelchair or walker to move safely. An accessible washroom is next door. Materials will be printed with high contrast.
